Since joining NIKKEN, Mr. Kizumi has experienced a lot of overseas projects of urban design and master plan in China, Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, as well as the Middle East. Recently he is engaged in several Russian residential developments, which are in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnoyarsk and Moscow. He is able to adapt himself various scale of projects flexibly, from a block development management to huge regional planning. Mr. Kizumi graduated the masters program (Architecture and Building Engineering) in 1992. He is a Reg. 1st Class Architect, and Reg. Consulting Engineer (Urban Planning and Regional Planning).
